Josh McAdam

Josh McAdam is a top producing real estate agent with a relentless work ethic. He represents clients in the purchase and sale of single family homes, condominiums and apartment buildings in San Francisco. An attorney by trade, Josh has a high-level understanding of contractual minutia, which allows for superior negotiation and the protection of his clients’ interests.

Growing up, Josh gained significant experience working for his father’s residential construction company. As such, he is quick to recognize latent potential in property and routinely advises clients on renovation projects of all sizes. In this role, Josh ensures his clients have the appropriate team in place to handle the scope of work and that the design elements add value to the asset. From an early age Josh witnessed how real estate can build wealth and he frequently partners with developers on projects in the City where he advises on layout, design and sales strategy.

Whether representing a first time home buyer, an investor or a seasoned developer, Josh’s only goal is to ensure client success. Outside of real estate, Josh played Division I soccer for UC Berkeley and for the University of Cape Town in South Africa. While in law school at UCLA, he competed in several triathlons including Ironman. Josh is a member of the California State Bar, is an active Cal alum and has been a volunteer and donor for the Leukemia Lymphoma society for the past 10 years.
